Ovacik is nestled away between the lively Hisarönü and the Fethiye town. Ovacik is perfect for those who want to be close to the nightlife, yet appreciate a good night's rest. Hisarönü is located only a 15 minute walk away from Villa Tulip, and the town of Ovacik is a 10 minute walk away. Located outside the complex is a convenient taxi service that offers direct journeys between Hisarönü and Villa Tulip in around 3 minutes. Every Monday, Hisarönü offers a market opposite the Ölüdeniz round about, they offer lots of Turkey's famous 'genuine fakes'. 

During the day time, the famous Blue Lagoon is perfect for relaxation and tranquility, located only 10 minutes away by the local bus service, referred to as the Dolmuş by locals. For those who like to conquer their fear of heights, why not take a ride on the Ölüdeniz cable cars, or take on the world-famous paragliding scene of Ölüdeniz?

Fethiye, a hidden gem, is the perfect place to visit during the day time, although hot (wear your suncream), it is ideal for its wide range of restaurants and authentic Turkish Cuisine at a much cheaper price than the area of Hisarönü. If you are looking for a more traditional Turkish market, Fethiye offers a Tuesday market, there is a wide variety of fresh produce like seasonal fruits, vegetables, and local spices on offer, as well as stalls carrying handmade crafts, clothes, bags, and jewellery. Visit the market for its vibrant atmosphere and to sample local street food and delicacies like kebabs, baklava, and Turkish delight.

Both Fethiye and Ölüdeniz offer boat trips that depart at various times during the day. Leave in the morning for lunch, or leave in the afternoon for a sunset cruise and dinner.
